WELCOME TO YOUR LAKE LURE RETREAT

Imagine starting your morning with coffee overlooking a quiet Lake Lure cove, grabbing a kayak for a paddle before breakfast, then challenging the family to a few shots on your private Par 3 golf hole and putting green. By evening, everyone is back on the wraparound deck gathered around the wood-burning fireplace.

This 3-bedroom lakefront home is built around the reason you came to Lake Lure in the first place: spending time outside, together, on the water.

With approximately 200 feet of lakefront, two levels of wraparound decks, kayaks, golf, a pool table, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and complimentary daily attraction tickets, there’s plenty to do without ever leaving home—and even more waiting when you’re ready to explore.

THE SPACE

The main level brings the kitchen, dining room, and living room together in one open-concept gathering space, making it easy for your group to spend time together without feeling crowded.

The living room centers around a gas fireplace, creating a cozy place to settle in after a day on the lake. The fully equipped kitchen keeps the cook connected to the rest of the group, while the adjoining dining area makes family meals part of the experience.

A loft adds another hangout space, complete with a pull-out couch for additional sleeping flexibility.

And when it’s time for a little friendly competition, grab a cue and challenge the group to a game of pool.

Large outdoor spaces extend the living area beyond the walls of the home, with two levels of wraparound decks providing plenty of room to find your favorite spot overlooking the property and lake.

The home includes 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, giving your group plenty of space to get ready for a day on the lake.

OUTDOOR LIVING & THE LAKE

This is where the property really separates itself.

With approximately 200 feet of lakefront along the cove, the outdoor space isn’t just an amenity—it’s a major part of the vacation.

Two levels of wraparound decks provide multiple places to sit outside, enjoy a meal, watch the water, or simply slow down and take in Lake Lure.

On the main-level deck, a wood-burning outdoor fireplace creates a fantastic evening gathering spot. Build a fire, settle into the deck, and enjoy a cool mountain evening overlooking the property.

Then there’s the lake.

Kayaks are provided, making it easy to get out on the water and explore the cove at your own pace.

YOUR OWN PAR 3 + PUTTING GREEN

Yes, you can work on your short game without leaving the property.

The home features its own Par 3 golf hole and putting green, giving everyone another reason to spend the day outside.

Start a family putting competition, practice your approach shots, or settle a friendly wager before heading down to the lake.

Between golf outside and the pool table inside, a little friendly competition might become one of the best parts of the trip.
