The house they were managing, and that my family rented, has a lot of Differed Maintenance which unfortunately piled up while we were there for thanksgiving. The septic tank and sewer system backed up on us, leaky roof in one section, and be prepared for a drafty house if you go in the winter. Bring extra clothes and a few blankets.
