Banked Creek Loft

Set above a detached garage on a private 10+ acre estate, this loft apartment offers a quiet, scenic escape just outside Asheville.

Inside, vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the open-concept space with natural light, connecting the living, sleeping, and dining areas into one bright room. The living area is furnished with a grey sectional and a rustic wood coffee table, with a mounted TV for evenings in. The king bed sits beneath the sloped ceiling with black wall sconces and a woven area rug underfoot, and a sleeper sofa nearby adds room for additional guests. The kitchenette is compact but well laid out, with white cabinetry, a mosaic tile backsplash, and a small dining table for two set against the window. A full bathroom with granite counters and a step-in shower, along with in-unit laundry, rounds out the space for longer stays.

Outside, two private balconies look out over rolling, tree-lined acreage — one furnished with wooden Adirondack chairs for morning coffee, the other set up for evening gatherings around a fire pit as the sun goes down. Aerial views of the property show the loft tucked into open green space, with a gravel drive and surrounding pasture giving a real sense of the countryside setting.
