Enjoyed my stay at the perch, everything was as stated and very accommodating would definitely book again
I had a great stay, no complaints. Good distance from downtown. Place was clean and had everything I needed.
I stayed here for 30 days while in Asheville, NC, and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything. The property is professionally managed and felt clean and comfortable. I was working remotely during my stay, and the internet was consistently reliable, which made things easy. Just a heads-up: there’s no full kitchen—just a small two-burner cooktop,small sink and a fridge. It was enough for light meals but might be limiting if you plan to cook often. The mattress was quite soft, which may or may not suit your preference.The thermostat controlled from upstairs so it can not be adjusted from the unit. Overall, a solid stay and a good option for anyone visiting Asheville, especially for longer trips or remote work
