Ran into a few minor issues. Corey and his team were always responsive and communicative. 

Short drive to Hooker Falls and the rest of the Dupont Forest.  Located less than 30 minutes from both Hendersonville and Brevard, giving plenty of options for food / coffee / socializing. 

It does share space with two other houses and is right above a main road. There are also multiple outdoor lights that you cannot turn off. So, it’s not a cabin in the woods to get away from it all, but it is a solid home base for exploring DuPont, Hendersonville, and Brevard/Pisgah Forest while still having a front porch surrounded by trees. Even on hot days, the porch was shaded and breezy.
