Walk to local restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Downtown and River Arts are just a quick drive or Uber away.
This is an upstairs unit with private entry. Please note there’s no elevator. This apartment sits above a separate lower-level unit and next door to a working lumber yard — daytime noise is common, especially on weekdays. It’s walkable to the best of West Asheville, but expect some city bustle. Not ideal for light sleepers or those seeking total seclusion.
We’re here if you need anything, but you’ll have full privacy and autonomy.

We appreciated the comfy bed, and sitting outside on the deck! Food and drinks within walking distance was helpful. And the kitchen was well appointed enough for us to cook basic meals.
Loved our week here. The place is a studio but very spacious and feels bigger because of the patio area. Very clean, easy check-in, and the tickets included were an excellent touch. Walkable to a few great breweries and restaurants in the area as well. Highly recommend!
Loved this place! The unit was a separate building on a semi-private lot shared by one business. We felt so safe and comfortable. The area is true to Asheville hipster fashion with a short 8min drive to downtown. The cutest coffee shop across the street was my morning routine and a quick walk around the street revealed a Michelin recognized restaurant, a brewery, cute bars, restaurant, shops and a local bookstore. There is even an adult arcade/bar filled with pinball machines! This was a perfect central location for everything we did from hiking Grandfather Mountain to exploring more of Asheville and neighboring towns. Would recommend for 1-2 people who want to be in a city surrounded by nature without feeling claustrophobic.
